In our tale a romantic winter’s night takes an ominous turn as myth and dream become reality… or hallucination.

Garrett Ammon’s original fable is set to music played live by Jesse Manley and His Band. The immersive five-sensory experience includes scents by Michelle Roark of Phia lab, bites by local restaurants, projections by Kristopher Collins and select audience participation along the way.

What’s on the menu: Americatus will be providing a menu for Winter that emphasizes the northern Italian tradition of preserving their foods so that they will last through the cold months. A selection of items from our antipasto menu of cured meats and cheeses and pickled vegetables will compliment the other sensory elements of the production.
