Joined Wonderbound 2011
Growing up in Texas, Kelli’s mother enrolled her in her first ballet class at age three and she was hooked! She studied dance throughout her childhood, spent her summers during college teaching dance camps, and taught dance at Texas A&M University while pursuing her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. Following graduate school, she and her husband, Jon, lived in New Mexico and Florida before settling here in Denver. When she first saw Wonderbound perform, she knew she wanted to get involved. She joined the Board of Trustees in 2011 and was excited to be a part of the Wonderbound transformation. She feels honored to be involved with such an amazing organization – one that is truly transforming the Denver art scene. She has also served on the Board at The Montessori School of Washington Park and Eagles Youth Sports. Professionally, Kelli is currently the Associate Director of Mental Health Policy and Advocacy for Otsuka Pharmaceuticals. Her husband, Jon, is a Physical Therapist and an amazing brewer. Her children, Lucas and Maren, attend Denver School of the Arts where they are studying Video Cinema Arts and Dance, respectively. She feels blessed to have a family that loves and appreciates the arts as much as she does.
